To me, the measure of a good book is how long it sticks with you once you're done reading it. This book is one that won't leave me for some time. It was a pleasure reading this work, and I very much look forward to future novels by this author. Perhaps unfortunately for other authors, this is a book I benchmark to when rating/reviewing. Not many measure up.
