Ok it's official DNF time. I knew it was romantic (sappy) going in, given the author, but i thought i was in the mood for that. Well, I underestimated the cheese. That, plus the see Jane run style of writing (see most other reviews for samples) really turned me off of this book. I've read other works by this author, and this seems to be out of character - on the writing style, not the romance- AG seems to favor the sweet and flowery type of love :) He's not off my reading list, but this book is.
